Must have a good grasp of costs as well as claims. Ideally with experience of the use of different types of contract asthe company is working on the PPP contract which is a vast document. The role is to build claims on various issues acrossa portfolio of railway stations. You must therefore have experience of working in a large project based organisation. Youwill often have to retrieve records/claim substantiation information yourself. This might often include querying subcontractors. Specialist Knowledge:Expert Witness report writing & appearance. Contractor & subcontractor claims preparation. Evaluating/ assessing claimsfor Employers. Computing Skills:Good knowledge of spreadsheets. |
