KEY TASKS: * Team Management * Implementing staff training plans * Carryout frequent staff team meetings * Conducting building audits & inspections * Staff development * Managing the financial budget for cleaning staff and consumables. * Prepare costs for staff overtime, additional cleaning labour/out of hours cleaning works. * Computer literate in word, excel spreadsheets, two weekly payroll ESSENTIAL SKILLS * Knowledge of the cleaning industry and cleaning standards * Team Management * Preparing end of month operations report * Good verbal & written communication * Enthusiastic & proactive * Good sense of humour & team spirit DESIRABLE SKILLS * H&S trained * BICS Trained
