: I am working with one of the worlds largest and most comprehensive drug development services companies with annual revenues of over $1billion, global operations in 17 countries, and 6700 employees world wide. This company assists pharmaceutical and biotech companies of all sizes fulfil their research and development, clinical trial, regulatory and marketing support needs. They are rapidly expanding their clinical business with new and exciting trials, enabling you to link your success with theirs. You will work either directly with their top customers, or on their outsourced trials. As such you need to be comfortable with gaining responsibility early on in these challenging roles, you will also have excellent ongoing training. They are now looking to recruit a field based Clinical Research Associate to perform all aspects of study site management including routine monitoring and close-out of clinical sites, maintenance of study files, conducting pre-study and initiation visits, liaison with other vendors. In this role, you will assist in managing project budget and investigator site budget, attending project team meetings, planning and attending investigator meetings. You will also assist in preparing/reviewing protocols and design of case report forms and other study documentation in collaboration with the project manager In order to be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 12 months experience monitoring clinical trials in a Pharmaceutical or CRO environment and be looking to gain more responsibility in a field based role. You should also have the ability to work and travel independently and possess strong time management and interpersonal skills.
