Your Tasks: * Plan and implement first class Service for GE Fanuc products and associated equipment in the United Kingdom and Ireland. * Develop and implement medium and long-range plans to ensure a constant growth of the CNC-Service Business. Design and adjust the business to new concepts and tools and implement changes to increase customer satisfaction. * Manage financial functions to achieve inventory control, minimize receivables and guarantee up-to-date billing and cost control. * As Service Manager you will lead and motivate the service staff and take care for their development in order to maximize individual growth and contribution. Your Qualifications: * Engineering Degree, * Experience in service management, preferably in the machine tool industry, * Knowledge of CNC machine tools and CNC technology, * Proven leadership skills.
