: Collections Operations Manager wanted! Do you have experience in creating and developing SLAs and 2 years+ collections experience (in-bound and out-bound)? If the answer is yes, this is a great opportunity to join one of the UKs leading 3G mobile operators. Based in the Credit department in Glasgow, and reporting directly to the Head of Collections, you will be responsible for making collections decisions, overseeing compliance to credit law, and monitoring and reporting on all active SLAs. Applicants must have excellent Excel and Word skills and have a flexible approach to work as some oversees travel will be required. In return you will receive an excellent remuneration + benefits. Project People act as an employment agency in respect of permanent positions, and an employment business in respect of temporary and contract positions. |
