The aim of this role is to minimise loss toBarclays through effective call centre based Collections actions and assist customers to resolve their financialdifficulties. You will be involved in obtaining satisfied promises of payment from customers, with the objective ofbringing accounts to order.Hours: Full time (35 hours per week) - 8.00am-9pm Monday - Friday, Part time (24 hours per week) ' 5.00pm-9.00pm Monday'Friday, Some weekend work will be required for both positionsThere may be a requirement in the future for staff to work Sundays as part of their rostered hours, however, the currentworking week is limited to Monday ' Saturday.The person: You will have excellent communication and influencing skills, the ability to make decisions quickly and adesire to achieve best results for the Bank. You will have good PC skills and previous call centre andcollections/recoveries experience is preferred, although not essential.
