They are now in search of a qualified accountant/company secretary with very well honed commercial skills to join theirFinance/Bid team as a Commercial Manager. You will be exposed to a large PLc and blue chip client portfolio for whom youwill arrange large scale projects covering all the corresponding financial and commercial facets of negotiations, dealingwith banks, merchant banks, lawyers, projections, budgets, analytical modelling, due diligence, etc.
