Blue Chip Global Manufacturing Organisation are currently looking to recruit a Business Development & Finance Manager tocover maternity leave at their Shared Service Centre based in the Manchester. Reporting to the Business Director this isan extremely high profile role within the Group, key responsibilities include: Contributing to the Shared Service CentreManagement Meetings to ensure business strategy discussions include financial & IT considerations. Manage, develop andmotivate the Finance & IT team. Responsible for the delivery of all Financial & Management Accounting Information as wellas managing the Planning & Budgeting Process. Manage the business development team to deliver Balance ScorecardObjectives. Manage the programme of work across all operations and proactively identify and evaluate opportunities forcontinuous improvement projects. Through the use of the Balanced Scorecard/MI Pack and KPIs drive the performancemanagement process within the Centre. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with at least 4 years PQEideally within a shared services environment. You should have project management experience and ideally have workedwithin the Service Sector.
