: The role requires a dedicated Commercial Manager who is looking to join an established contractor where they can oversee major London projects. The Commercial Manager position will be site based, reporting directly to Commercial Director. The successful candidate will have full financial responsibility for the project and manage a large site based team. Our client focuses on the development of high rise office developments in London and requires an individual with proven expertise in this field. The Commercial Manager duties will include of: -Risk Assessment -Cost Reporting -Cash Flow Analysis -Project Valuation -Forms of Contract Our client is flexible on salary, which will be considered on the amount of relevant experience the successful candidate has in the industry. The candidate will go above the proposed salary to secure the right candidate. The full package will include basic salary, car or allowance, pension and healthcare. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years surveying experience with an established national contractor. Proven experience with either PFI or major D&B projects are essential. It is essential that the candidate has a proven history with UK office developments of over GBP 30 million. The Commercial Manager position would suit an experienced and energetic individual who is interested in joining a leading contractor where they can apply their experience to challenging landmark projects.
