MITIEs' successful growth continues each year.This is a new role and the successful candidate will report to the Regional Operations Manager with a dotted line ofresponsibility to the Regional Director. This role will support and free up the Regional Operations to allow thosepersonnel to work more directly with their clients and contract retention.Duties for this role will include: * Contract Reports, Quotations Analyse and compile client reports and quotations based on a commercial view of specification, finance and operation fit for the clients business needs. * Contract Files Ensure that contract files are maintained in compliance with the DMS System. Upholding good commercial procedures and processes the files must be managed by contract operation and financial audit practices. * Contract Management Plans Ensure that all are prepared, compiled and maintained as per the DMS System and carry out NQA Audits by demand and on a regular basis. Emphasis on document control, change management procedures, risk assessment and health and safety compliance are pre-requisite in the management. Take the lead and manage all external audits. * Contract Commercial/Financial Management Prepare, co-ordinate, acquire and investigate financial information for operations and the client where appropriate to analyse and maintain the business in a profitable manner, which may include payroll, client costings, contract profit reports and branch trading. This will include detailed and composite spreadsheets outlining a financial business case and innovative customer solutions as highlighted by operations and the client business needs. Contract reviews, contract specifications, operational changes will all be part of the process. * Secretarial, Office Functions & Environment Ensure all support duties as required by the client, business activity and managers are co-ordinated in a professional manner to suit the business needs. * Commercial Contract Administrative Assistants Manage and supervise assistants to ensure all contract and administrative support duties as required by the client, business activity and operations managers are co-ordinated in a professional manner to suit the business needs. * IT Skills IT Skills are an important part of this role and in depth experience of Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.Any other reasonable duties associated with the role as directed by the management team.Location: Glasgow |
