Description:

Working for one of the leading Facilities Management organisation in the UK. Your duties will include assisting theSenior Commercial Manager in the development of the Business Strategy in accordance with objectives set by the business;monitor bid pricing against the Business Strategy objectives; to provide support in the collation and monitoring ofannual / whole life Contract budgets and subsequent revenue and cost forecasts; producing and submitting all otherfinancial reports required including monthly reviews and forecasts within business unit and to assist in the development,monitoring and updating of the business risk management plan; to collate and maintain business specific commercialinformation; to provide commercial and contractual support through the bid process including the provision of historicalcost data and contributing to the internal review process.
