Job Purpose:To create new revenue opportunities, and project-manage all aspects of the company's commercial partnerships on behalf ofpartners and clients within the company Partner team and to be the main liaison between the firm and our clients/partnersfor these activities.The CPM will be responsible for exploring and exploiting opportunities in data capture, list rental, digital delivery ofcontent, merchandising, brand extensions as well as ways of commercially exploiting direct sales of goods or services offthe pages of our magazines.Responsibilities of Job Holder:- Responsible for creating and driving revenue through all available internal departments.- Responsible for budget creation (to include all costs) and for approval of budget.- Responsible for regular and documented reporting back to Publishing Director on each project/activity.- Will need to produce and give regular client/partner presentations.- Responsible for business development with existing clients/partners.- Responsible for brand protection & policing use of company brands by partners/clients.- Responsible for all project/client documentation and for creation of easily accessible.online documentation systemrelated to all projects/clients/partners.Essential Skills & Competencies:- Commercially aware.- Target driven.- Project Management skills.- Strong written, oral and aural communication skills.- Ability to prioritise & handle high volumes of work.- Good presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.- Organisation skills.- People management skills.- Interpersonal skills.Essential Knowledge:- Commercial understandingEssential Work Experience:- At least 2 years experience in a magazine publishing environment, and experience and or key marketing principles.(Advertising, Marketing or PR departments / agencies)Qualifications:- Good standard of Education educated to degree level.Salary:- Commensurate to Experience |
