Our client is an independent real estate company based in Manchester who are looking to recruit for a Commercial PropertyManager. The company have been established for 10 years, they buy and sell both commercial and residential properties,some of which they go on to rent out and manage.The role will involve the management of a large property block in central Manchester, the block consists of bothcommercial and residential tenants. It will be necessary to oversee everything relating to the properties within theblock, this will include such things a rent reviews, chasing payments and dealing with security and maintenance contacts.The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role. Experience within commercial properties ispreferable, although experience with residential properties would also be beneficial. A knowledge of managing leases anddealing with tenants is essential, along with excellent organisational and communication skills.
