Leading solutions provider to the travel industry have an immediate requirement for a Compliance/Policy Manager to basedin their offices in Central London. Reporting to the Technical Accounting Compliance Director your key responsibility isto ensure that group directives are in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and US GAAP requirements across the businessunits. You will support key initiatives which will include communication with IT and other business units necessary tomeet the requirements, prepare project plans defining their costs etc. and ensure that the project deadlines are adheredto. You will be involved in the testing of operational procedures and software as well as post implementation riskanalysis. You should be a qualified accountant with excellent technical skills and in return you will receive a salary ofup to GBP 60k + excellent benefits. |
