Job Description:We have an exciting opportunity for a Conference and Sales Co-ordinator to assist the Food and Beverage Manager in thesmooth running of all conference and events and driving accommodation and meeting room sales activity.The key responsibilities of the role are:1) Co-ordinate the daily running of conferences to ensure that Premier Travel Inn brand standards are maintained.2) To ensure from initial enquiry stage through to the delegates leaving at the end of the conference that theorganisation is carried out to a level of excellence so the delegates will return to us for future business.3) Carry out sales activity to drive accommodation sales and meeting room sales. This will include, cold calling, mailshots, client visits, arranging show rounds and other sales activities.4) Ensure you understand and are working to all health and safety, fire and security policies.Requirements:Previous sales and/or meetings co-ordinator experience.Financial awareness.Computer literate.Good communication skills, written and verbal.Flexible in work patterns and methods.Be able to work as part of a team.Lead by example.Be self motivated and driven for results.Attention to detail and analytical.Job Division: HotelsLocation: West Sussex
