You will take full responsibility for the timely and on-budget delivery of high volume, concurrent large scale new buildand brown site projects throughout the UK; as well as the all encompassing responsibilities of a Director at this Seniorlevel.A seasoned professional with proven experience at this level preferably gained within the food/non food multiple retailsector, you will not only be able to demonstrate your ability to drive out cost from the construction process but also beable to illustrate ahighly developed sense of commercial awareness.The ability to influence, motivate and present at all levels both internally and externally will be paramount, as willyour ability to get things done through enthusiasm and desire.
