Do you currently work within the Construction market, feel undervalued and want your work recognised and rewarded fairly?Our Client a high profile Recruitment Company in securing a hard working, talented and ambitious recruitment consultantfor the Construction division in Newcastle.As an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant youll be competitive by nature but have a strong team spirit, behighly motivated, and be able to demonstrate a track record in recruitment with a minimum of 12 months recruitmentexperience; preferably you will have worked within Architecture.This position will best suit an individual who is hungry for success and is looking for a career within a company whereconsultants are not only rewarded for achievements but where training and development is a high priority.Youll need to demonstrate that you can work in a fast paced environment, towards targets have the ability to makedecisions quickly and deliver quality driven results.This role will encompass the full recruitment processes from screening suitable applicants through to negotiating withclients on salaries etc. As you will be communicating with people at a senior level you will need to be articulate andprofessional by nature.This position will require a strong team player and in return for your hard work you can expect to earn a basic betweenGBP 20-26K and OTE of GBP 60-70K in your first year!
