: An excellent opportunity to join the dynamic consultancy / services division of a global, market-leading software company as a Consulting Resource Co-ordinator. This varied and vital role will suit candidates coming from a background of assisting in the management and organisation of a consulting company or consulting divisions human resources, i.e. ensuring consultants with the right skills are with the right client at the right time. Ideally candidates will come from the services division of a software vendor (ISV). You will manage the assignment of a global resource pool of my clients consultants to projects across the world. This will include forecasting short, medium and long term skill-set and resource requirements; implementing organisational processes to provide consistency of resource co-ordination; and assigning the correct consultants to relevant projects world-wide. Successful candidates will have 2 years experience of consulting service provision or resource coordination, with experience managing resources on projects Europe-wide. Knowledge of the IT consulting market will be beneficial. Salary for the post is superb; the benefits package and work environment are second to none.
