Job Summary:Technical training and support to support the continuing excellence of our products by focussing upon service, qualityand new model evaluation. The areas that we are looking to support are as follows: Television including:o Plasmao LCDo CRT Mobile handsetsJob Details Technical solution development for service and quality matters Working with European service engineers, service centre technicians and call centre agentsRequirements Good R+D or field repair/technical support experience in a major electronics company Excellent communication and teaching skills and experience Excellent understanding or experience of field service/quality on consumer electronics products Thorough knowledge of and a background in television support/training/repair Educated to A Level or equivalent |
