The areas that we are looking to support are as follows: Television including:o Plasmao LCDo CRT Mobile handsetsJob Details Technical solution development for service and quality matters Working with European service engineers, service centre technicians and call centre agentsRequirements Good R+D or field repair/technical support experience in a major electronics company Excellent communication and teaching skills and experience Excellent understanding or experience of field service/quality on consumer electronics products Thorough knowledge of and a background in television support/training/repair Educated to A Level or equivalent
