Our client, a financial software company is recruiting for a Senior Java contractor for their development team inBristol. Successful candidates will be technically strong, dynamic and thrive working as part of an extremely talentedteam.Candidates will have at least a 2nd class honours degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline and ahistory of developing large-scale commercial J2EE applications. Candidates will be expected to be able to demonstrateboth this practical experience and a strong theoretical grasp of the underlying technologies at interview. The clientsother Software Engineers possess broad engineering skills which they can apply to meet the opportunities provided by newtechnologies.The client is based in Bristol at the junction of the M4 / M5 and the contract is initially for 3 months.
