Job PurposeWe are now looking for a Contract Management Assistant to join our Contract Management team on the NHS engagement basedin Leeds. Accenture has been awarded a contract to help the NHS improve healthcare for patients in the North East andEast of England. Under the agreement, Accenture will lead a team of technology companies that will install, configure andintegrate the information system to support patient care and services in local communities.The Contract Management Assistant will support all administrative activities and processes within the Contract Managementteam, to ensure the smooth running of the department and the effective monitoring, administration and status reporting ofcontract responsibilities and commitments.Main Duties and Responsibilities * Gathering , collating and distributing information regarding change control, milestone and contractual deliverables and prepare internal and external status reports. * Updating project plans with receipt date of interim and key milestone certificates. * Analysing Microsoft Project Plans to identify potential milestone delays. * Investigating issues against milestone delays. * Compiling and distributing milestone delivery reports from multiple information points and methods. * Monitoring Lotus Notes for the submission of contract deliverables and review subsequent responses. * Updating status information in the general deliverables database and chase submissions where required. * Maintaining the document storage system. * Handling all commercial correspondence which includes maintaining an Access database of all incoming and outgoing formal correspondence, preparing letters and converting to PDF files. * Dealing with contract information request * Booking meeting rooms and teleconferences for the Contract Management team.Essential Knowledge & Skills: * Ability to quickly understand and follow processes and procedures. * Good organisation and administrative skills. * Strong team working skills. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Good attention to detail. * Ability to self motivate. * Good problem solving skills. * Good working knowledge of IT systems. * MS Excel. * MS Word * MS Outlook * MS Project (desirable but not essential) * MS Access (desirable but not essential).Experience: * Contract office or project based experience in an administration role. * Educated to A-Level standard or above.Accenture is a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company.
