Our client, a leading facilities management company are looking for an office based Contract Supervisor to assist theContact Manger in the day to day running of a portfolio of premises throughout the UK. The role will involve controllingreactive works by the use of specialist fabric sub contractors, production of quotations for all fabric repairs,procurement of materials & sub contractors, invoicing of all contact related works/revenue, production of monthly reportsof all reactive & planned works and assisting management in the preparation of monthly KPI reports. Suitable candidatesshould have a general engineering background, be able to supervise others and have a minimum of 3 years experience in asimilar customer facing environment.
