: This well-established supplier of ventilation equipment and air handling unit refurbishment is currently looking for a Contracts Engineer to join their Southampton site. If you have relevant experience within the HVAC/refrigeration industry, this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career. The key responsibilities of the role will be to manage large and special projects from pre-order through to despatch, to prepare complex technical quotations, provide technical support to the sales and site services departments and assist R&D with the development of products. The position will be office based with regular site visits. You will be required to organise information taken from site, assist in maintaining technical training records to ensure staff receive the required training and give support and technical advice to colleagues. It is essential you have experience within the HVAC/refrigeration industry, the ideal candidate will have previous contracts engineer experience, or alternatively a strong understanding of the role. Excellent communication, negotiation, organisation and team working skills are also required. Depending on experience this position offers a salary cGBP 25K plus company car and benefits. |
