Description:

Contracts Manager required by Yorkshire based building contractor with a turnover cGBP 15m to run projects locatedthroughout the UK. With a main contractor background and a base in Yorkshire, the ideal candidate will be willing totravel and manage new build and refurbishment schemes, focussing on the health care sector, on projects from GBP 2m to GBP 5m.Future potential to take a stake in the company. Ideal candidates will have a trade or engineering background and willhave responsibility from design stage through to client handover.
