Description:

Ideally the candidate will be experienced in small to medium sized fit-out and refurbishment contracts, (typically in theregion of GBP 50K to GBP 3M) , and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of project delivery to programme, budgetand to the required quality standards. Principle clients will be Blue chip retail organisations both food and non food.The ability to work both on your own initiative and with the existing client dedicated team on a nation-wide basis isessential, as is competency with a range of IT packages. The successful candidate will be able to communicate well(verbal and written) at all levels, as generating goodwill within our existing client base is paramount.
