Effective contract administration , including negotiationTo ensure effective presentation of cost models to client and design teamTo maintain effective communication between the client and design teamTo develop and maintain effective client relationships to ensure repeat business is targeted and achieved in accordancewith the business planTo ensure the project adheres to budgetary and cost controlTo ensure delivery of accurate cost reporting (pre and post contract)Manage all human resource engaged on assigned projectTo motivate and lead team member, through appraisals, training and disciplinary mattersTo evaluate and select contractors and sub contractorsManagement and liaison with sub contract companiesProgress reports to Construction DirectorTo develop and implement health and safety proceduresEnsuring that Health and Safety regulations are understood and complied with
