Description:

Identification of key risks of the Group
All control visits to subsidiaries (~8 per annum) although some of the site visits are carried out by the newly qualified.
Half yearly review of the subsidiaries? own risk assessments
Review of year end risk questionnaires submitted by subsidiaries.
All reports to the Audit Committee on risk management and control visits
