Highly reputable and growing business is further looking to increase its portfolio through a series of strategicacquisitions. As such they require a highly commercial, numerate, yet proven Corporate Finance Manager to join theirteam.Your role will be to identify and analyse potential acquisition targets by leveraging your existing network andexperience. You will have responsibility for due diligence, bid modelling, financial plans and forecasts. Working closelywith the MD and FD you will be responsible for the entire process of supporting the transaction to successful purchase.Upon completion youll be required to project manage the integration of the newly acquired business into the group.This is an excellent opportunity that offers full exposure to The Board. The ideal candidate will be a qualifiedaccountant from a Big 4 practice working in Corporate Finance; having now moved into industry to work on mergers &acquisitions.
