I am assisting a national practice that is looking to recruit a recently qualified ACA with a strong academic backgroundto join the Transaction Services department in Central Manchester. The role will involve working closely with theManagers and Partners on a variety of assignments either in the office or at clients premises. Currently the firmsrequirements dictate a lean towards post deal integration in this role. Commonly you will concentrate on operational &strategic analysis & synergy identification working around a core of post M&A integration within Large SME & listed PLCclients.The Partners of the firm tend to take a fairly hands-on approach and encourage flat reporting structures.
