Typical jobs and duties:1. To deliver Sales Results:a. To achieve personal sales goals as a minimum standardb. To maintain a sufficient work rate on proactive marketing/business development in order to meet sales expectations.2. To develop Business:a. To identify, win and develop additional Key Accountsb. To assign candidates to companies after an analysis of the assignment and follow up from day one of the assignment bykeeping in touch with the candidate and/or the client.Our job involves high pressure, long hours and huge amounts of selling, most of which takes place over the phone. Therewards can be very lucrative. In your first year you could expect to earn GBP 30,000 - GBP 40,000. A top earner, after a fewyears, can make anything up to GBP 200k per annum.I must stress that this job is not for the faint hearted.
