Description:

Our Blue Chip client in Epsom is looking for an Arrears Controller to assist the Collections Supervisor and ensure the necessary focus is on effective control of the companys bad debt. You will process all administration efficiently and accurately in accordance with company procedures and guidelines. You will be dealing with up to 80 inbound/outbound calls per day and will have targets to reach as well as resolving all arrears accounts. The ideal candidates will have Arrears/Collections or Credit Control experience and ideally have Motor Finance experience too.
