My client is one of the UKs leading service providers and is now looking to recruit a Credit Control Manager for itshead office in South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring and experienced Credit Manager to join amarket leading organisation.Ideally a qualified credit manager you will be responsible for reviewing existing processes and procedures on a continualbasis. You will have experience of business process review and re-engineering and on a day to day basis you will beresponsible for the following:- Management of the team of 20 Credit Control Assistants- Control of debt level and debtor days ratios- Timely processing of credit account application reviews- Reducing and maintaining of bad debt provisions and potential write offs- KPIs and associated reportsSkills and Attributes:- A minimum of 3-5 years Credit Control experience is essential- A minimum of 2 year's team management experience is essential- ICM membership is preferableRemuneration is dependent on experience but will be up to GBP 27k, performance related bonus of up to GBP 5k plus companybenefits.
