We have a very interesting role for someone that enjoys all aspects of an internal and customer support role, being apart of the team and contributing significantly.As a minimum you will need to be good with SQL Server and Crystal Reports and experience of supporting real businesscritical solutions is ideal. Knowledge of Microsoft PocketPC would also be very useful, but is not essential. Anyexperience of ERP packages would also be beneficialThe role, which is very broad, will involve taking support calls (very few) from our customers, supporting the projectmanagers as they implement the system for new customers, working on integrations, supporting the sales team by preparingdata for demonstrations, developing reports (in Crystal and using ASP) and potentially programming.Solutions use Microsoft Technology (SQL Server) and are based on a philosophy of delivering a single, standard product toall our customers, which has the breadth and depth of functionality to meet their individual business needs.Please send cv for more information. |
