As a global organisation they recognise the importanceof being actively involved in community and charity projects and encourage employees to participate in fundraisingactivities.Through their branch network they provide personal finance to a variety of customers, with an excellent reputation forcustomer care.The role: Customer Account ManagerYou will be responsible for the sale of personal loans both secured and unsecured to a variety of customers.Providing excellent customer care ensuring customer retention.Interview customers face to face within the branch environmentEnsure all documentation is accurate and up to dateAssist and support customers experiencing difficulties meeting their financial agreements.The ApplicantPreferably have Finance/Building Society or Bank experience, if not- you must be experienced within a targeted Salesenvironment.Must have a least 1 years targeted CONSUMER SALES experience.Must want to work in a team environment where rewards are expectedMust have a driving licenceThe PackageBasic 14k-18k, depending on level of experienceBonus paid monthly and quarterly ote up to 35kPension, healthcare after 1 years serviceLife assurancePersonal accident benefitsOnly successful candidates will be contacted
