Candidates will be required to have previous experience within a customer focused position, preferably within financialservices however this is not essential. You will possess excellent communication skills, an exceptional telephone manner,be IT literate, with the ability to work well under pressure.In return our client will offer a salary of GBP 14.5k Basic with a 40% bonus scheme, excellent company benefits andopportunities for career progression. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 3 days 9am - 5pm, 2 days 11am - 7pm andworking 1 in 4 Saturdays mornings with Friday pm off in lieu.
