The successfulCustomer Account Manager should be able to deliver fantastic Customer Service over the phone and have good PC skills anda keen eye and attention to detail.The successful advisor must have excellent Customer Service skills also empathy and good negotiation skills are required.The successful manager will be working in an excellent team environment and working towards targets.The working hours are Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700, 1100 - 1900, 1200 - 2100 - Rotating Shifts also Saturday and Sundayattendance required as per rota.
