: This organisation are a market leader in the broadcast, media and mobile communications industries. They are currently looking for a Customer Account Manager who already has business to business customer services experience and can complete a one year contract. Working within their Broadcast Radio division, you will act as key point of contact for a number of customers and will develop strong customer relationships, ensuring that customer issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently and best practice is maintained at all times. You will also work closely with other departments within the organisation to ensure that the customers' needs are catered for effectively and to maximise business growth and retention within existing customer accounts.
