They are currently looking for a Customer Accounts Co-ordinator to play a key role in looking after customer accounts on a day to day basis to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. If you already have a proven track record in customer services and are looking for a new challenge and greater responsibility, this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career. This varied role will involve providing support to customers on a variety of commercial issues including; dealing with customer enquiries, customer status reporting, invoicing, organising freight and shipping. Your ultimate goal will be to 'make things happen' on time in order to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will already have a proven track record in dealing with customers, providing excellent service and working to tight deadlines. Experience of working in the aerospace/ aviation/ airline industry would be beneficial, but not essential as training can be provided. You will have strong commercial acumen, with the ability to work well as part of a team, but also utilise your own initiative. The ability to communicate with customers at different levels and build strong internal and external relationships is essential. The salary will be c. GBP 18-19K (depending on experience) plus benefits.
