Description:

Duties include welcoming, assisting & advising customers who telephone or visit the Branch. The customer Advisor willhelp towards building customer loyalty & maximising sales opportunities.Good manner & communication skills is essentialwith counter/customer services experience in a similar environment eg Bank, Building Society. Good standard of educationincluding English, Arithmetic & computer literacy as far as computer input is concerned. The successful applicant will bebright, cheerful & capable of dealing with customers in an efficient & professional manner. The Building Society has apolicy to encourage staff to take part in training with a view to career progression.
