By sharing yourknowledge on various products, you will help our customers identify other beneficial services offered by Barclays Groupand provide the opportunity to discuss in more detail with an experienced Sales advisor.This is an entry-level position that involves dealing with in-bound calls from customers with account queries or requestsfor transactions. The four weeks training will quickly give you the required product knowledge and expertise.If you have worked in a retail or leisure business you'll have already developed the kind of professional rapport weseek. Alternatively, you may have taken a career break after bringing up a family, or looking after relatives.
