Duties to include: * To establish and maintain an excellent relationship and a high standard of customer service through regular communication and visits. * To proactively communicate with the customer on a regular basis regarding forecasts, demand, market share and business issues in order to maximize sales opportunity. * To report accurate information to sales and customer regarding stock levels and support schedules and to carry out other ad hoc tasks and reports for management and customers. * To ensure a high level of accuracy is maintained when executing all processes including sales orders, deliveries, invoicing, credit note creation and returns processing. * To provide accurate hub management. Keeping track of stock movements and stock levels on a daily basis, and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. Skills * P.C.
