: This leading construction and property services organisation is currently recruiting for a Customer Proposals Executive to join their marketing and communications team in Croydon. This is a new and exciting role within the company that would suit an individual with at least 2 years relevant experience. The key responsibility of this role is to co-ordinate and maintain the proposal submissions database. The Proposals Executive will be responsible for establishing, reviewing and updating proposal documentation and providing support and guidance to regional business units and marketing team. Tasks are to include maintaining regular contact with business units in order to establish and develop proposal documentation and marketing requirements, developing proposal documentation ensuring uniformity, translating proposal information into creative and compelling copy writing, designing templates and preparing graphics and writing copy for promotional literature. At least 2 years experience within a proposals/marketing/copywriting role is essential, ideally within the construction/property industry. PC literacy, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word is essential. You must be able to demonstrate strong creative copy writing skills along with an eye for detail, excellent presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills. A degree in English / marketing / communications and/or knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous. This position offers a salary cGBP 20-25K plus benefits. |
