A hugely successful, blue-chip organisation, based in London, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator with immediate effect.Working in a close-knit team, the Customer Service Administrator will be responding to Customer/Client queries, questions and complaints via letter writing, the telephone or on email.Responsibilities include:. responding to all enquiries, letters and other correspondence received from clients and customers.. taking ownership of customer situations, questions or complaints and offering solutions. working within a team set-up. meeting company performance targets and SLAsIdeally you should have:. 2 years administration/Customer service experience. experience of working in a team. Strong communication and problem solving skills.
