Our client a leading financial services provider are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work in theirbusy offices in Nottingham.You will be required to answer all incoming calls, dealing with general telephone enquiries or directing calls to therelevant department, ensuring that excellent customer service is provided at all times and assisting with generaladministration duties.Candidates will be expected to have previous experience working within a customer service position, ideally in thefinancial services however this is not essential. You will also be expected to be able to work under pressure and on yourown initiative whilst being customer focused at all times.
