Skills and Knowledge Requirements * Educated to degree level * A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar service management role * Excellent Interpersonal Skills * A demonstrated interest in IT * Show maturity and an ability to handle sensitive information * Be highly organised * Strong team working skills * Strong oral communication skills * Strong customer focus * Knowledge of NHS National Programme for IT would be an advantage * Excellent customer service focusJob Purpose & ResponsibilitiesWe are now looking for a Customer Service Analyst to join our Service Management team working on the NHS programme basedin Leeds.The NHS National Programme for IT (NPfIT) was launched by the Department of Health in June 2002 with central plans tomodernise the UK health service through IT.Accenture has been awarded a contract to help the NHS improve healthcare for patients in the North East and East ofEngland.Under the agreement, Accenture will lead a team of technology companies that will install, configure and integrate theinformation system to support patient care and services in local communities.As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to Customer Service Managers and the mainresponsibilities will include: * Attending and documenting of client meetings with the Customer Service Manager, including recording actions agreed and decisions made. * Ensuring all documentation is collated in preparation for service review meetings. * Review of documents and e-mails for significant issues, which need to be escalated to the Customer Service Manager. * Producing and reviewing all documentation that will be sent to the client and ensuring the information is accurate, correct and complies with the commercial agreements in place. * Acting as a point of contact for the client on queries they may raise regarding the service. * Facilitating communications to and from internal teams on behalf of the Customer Service Manager. * Progressing requests on behalf of the Customer Service ManagerSpecial Considerations:All candidates applying to work for Accenture UK must have a valid UK work permit.Leeds
