Large Housing company based in Chatham are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work in their team . The successful candidate will help manage our clients new up and coming repairs service line. You will be logging and taking action on all in bound calls. You will also have to respond in writing to all customer letters.This is a key position within this company. The right individual for this role will possess excellent verbal communication skills as well as being understanding and patient when dealing with customers. You will need to demonstrate an effective administrative approach to your work along with at least 6 months proven customer service skills.
