Our client is one of the worlds leading insurers and currently requires a successful Customer Service Leader to work outof one of their busy Contact Centres. The role will involve leading and managing the performance of the team in order toachieve operational targets and deliver the defined customer service proposition in line with business strategy.You will be responsible for communication and implementing operational business plans and motivating others to achievethese plans. Experience of budget management is essential and this will need to be used innovatively with incentives andrewards for staff. You must have a minimum of 5 years contact centre experience and a proven track record of motivationalleadership and talent management.
