Customer Service LeaderEdinburghSalary GBP 16-19k depending upon experienceOur client is one of the UKs leading multiple retailers, providing a unique retailing environment with an absolute focuson customer service.The key purpose of this role is to drive excellent customer service and sales through the management and coaching of yourcustomer facing sales team. Reporting into the Retail Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of storestandards, service and sales through your team - you will also be required to perform duty management responsibilities.Highly self-motivated, you can demonstrate a leadership style totally focussed on the constant coaching and developmentof your team to support the delivery of excellent customer service and sales.
