An exciting opportunity available within one of our clients, largest client contracts. The Customer Service Manager (CSM) will be responsible for the provision of provide front line premises relationship management to the Regional Banking Director and Assistant Banking Directors within the South West of England. Key dimensions include: Nationwide Service for Group Property Services Vast and varied property portfolio Extensive contractor base Over 84,000 work requests to be processed per annum Helpdesk and Communications provided 24 hrs a day/365 days a year inc. Bank Holidays Up to 300,000 incoming calls per annum Responsibilities Key deliverables required: Relationship Management, Act as management interface/conduit between all parties Identify and prioritise and resolve issues Positively seek feedback from all parties on the quality and service and effectiveness of delivery Identify and coordinate routes to achieve innovation Ensure attendance at regular meetings with RDB team Staff Management Management of Regional Facilities Manager to ensure provision of the required Technical service and capabilities Regular communication with field and office based staff Assessing requirements for ad-hoc training on an as required basis Carry out staff appraisals Supplier Management Monitor Supplier performance in operations and staff availability Feedback Supplier's ability to meet agreed priority levels Feedback on Supplier's performance to the Supplier Management Team Process Improvement Working closely with the Operations Manager and other members of office and field teams to enhance systems and procedures to the benefit of Atkins and the Client Working closely with Barclays Regional Banking teams to develop customer relationships and improve processes and develop initiatives It is essential that you have the following: Previous Customer Relationship Management experience in Service Industry Supplier Management experience preferred Desirable Well developed coordination and man-management skills Personal Clear direction and self-motivation Trouble shooting skills Good analytical skills and communication skills Ability to develop a good working relationship with all stakeholders Ability to work in extensive geographical areas within the South West:An exciting opportunity available within one of our clients, largest client contracts.
