Description:

You should be educated to degree level and have at least 8yrs experience of customer service management. An MBA or ITILqualification is desirable. You should have experience managing perormance and identifying KPIs and be process orientatedto ensure efficiencies are gained and the best practice is achieved.Whilst knowledge of IT/networks etc is not essential it may be an advantage.
